Jim Craig serves as both HR Manager and Chief Financial Officer at CFI Corporation, where he oversees the firm's human capital strategy and financial operations. With over 20 years of experience spanning corporate finance, workforce development, and organizational leadership, Jim plays a central role in shaping the culture and fiscal discipline that define CFI's approach to building companies.

Prior to joining CFI, Jim held senior finance and HR leadership roles at several growth-stage technology and investment firms. He has deep expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, financial planning & analysis, and operational scaling. Jim's dual mandate gives him a unique vantage point — ensuring that CFI's portfolio companies are not only well-capitalized but also staffed with the right people to execute on their vision.

Jim holds a degree in Finance with professional certifications in human resources management. He is a strong believer that great companies are built by great teams, and that financial discipline and people strategy go hand in hand.

Paul Hoff manages CFI Corporation's technology infrastructure and IT systems, ensuring the firm operates on a secure, scalable, and reliable foundation. With over 15 years of experience in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and systems architecture, Paul is the backbone of CFI's digital operations.

Before joining CFI, Paul served as IT Director at several financial services and private equity firms, where he led network security overhauls, cloud migrations, and compliance frameworks. His background bridges the gap between technical execution and business strategy — ensuring that technology decisions align with CFI's growth objectives and risk posture.

Paul holds certifications in network security and cloud infrastructure. He is passionate about building IT systems that empower teams to move fast without compromising data integrity or operational resilience.

Rohan joined the firm in July 2021 as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies in the Technology Enabled Services Group. Rohan earned a B.S. in Commerce and Mathematics, with a concentration in Finance and Management, from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Sam joined the Firm in March 2019, as a Senior Associate.  He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee.  Prior to joining CFI, he was a Senior Associate at Pamplona Capital Management and an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Deutsche Bank.  Sam earned his B.A. in Physics and Mathematical Sciences from Colby College and his B.E. in Engineering Sciences with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering from Dartmouth College.

Maggie joined the Firm in 2006.  She is responsible for the Firm’s investment processes, professional development, investor relations, marketing and internal operations. Maggie leads the Firm’s co-investment program, co-chairs the Operating Advisory Board and serves on the Investment, Operating and Valuation Committees.  Prior to joining CFI Corporation, she worked for emusic.com.  Maggie earned her B.S. in the Executive Leadership track of Human and Organizational Development at Vanderbilt University.

Jerry joined the Firm in 2005 as an Operating Partner and has more than 50 years of industry and operating experience. He is the Chairman of the Firm’s Operating Advisory Board.  Prior to joining the Firm, Jerry was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VNU, Inc., the world’s leading marketing and media information research company. He also served as Vice Chairman on the Executive Board of VNU, N.V., “the Nielsen Company,” until his retirement.  Previously, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BPI Communications, L.P. and its predecessor, Billboard Publications, Inc. (CFI Fund II and III investments) as well as Chairman and Director of American Business Media.  Jerry had also served as a Board Member of the Advertising Council, Inc., BNA, Inc. and BPA International, in addition to nine other CFI portfolio companies.  He started his career with Procter & Gamble, where he served in various capacities.   Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of Information Services Group (NASDAQ: III) as Lead Director.  He attended New York University and the American Institute of Banking.

Carolyn joined the Firm in 2006.  She serves on the Valuation Committee.  Prior to joining CFI Corporation, Carolyn was with Investors Bank and Trust in the Alternative Investment Group,  International Fund Services in Dublin, Ireland and Dawson-Giammalva Capital Management, Inc.  Carolyn earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Jonathan joined the Firm in April 2015.  Jonathan has more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience.  He is a member of the Firm’s Operating and Valuation Committees. Prior to joining CFI, he was the Chief Financial Officer at BayNorth Capital, a Boston based real estate investment Firm.  Previously he was a Vice President of the Real Estate Opportunity Funds division of The Blackstone Group and an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P.  Jonathan earned his BA in Political Science from Colgate University and a MS/MBA from Northeastern University.  He is also a member of the Private Equity CFO Association and the Financial Executives Alliance.
